BHIWANDI: A 20-year-old youth has been booked for allegedly engaging in unnatural sex with an 11-year-old minor boy studying in a Madrassa. The incident occurred inside the madrasa situated in Maharashtra’s Bhiwandi.
The Shanti Nagar police booked the accused for committing unnatural sex and under the POCSO-related act. A search operation has been launched to nab the accused.
The police said the incident occurred last month on May 24 when the victim, while studying in the Madrassa, would stay there.The accused, who stays in the same Madarsa, forcefully sexually assaulted the boy.
After the incident, the victim boy, who was not feeling well, returned to his house and refused to return to the Madrassa.
However, when his mother asked him the reason, she was surprised to learn the reality and finally, on Wednesday, approached the local Shanti Nagar police, filing an FIR against the accused.
