The purchase was officially registered on July 11, 2025, according to property documents seen by Zapkey.Apartment detailsReportedly, the apartment bought is on the 15th floor of Raheja Exotica Cyprus, offering 1,701 square feet of carpet area along with a 201 square feet deck. This brings the total space to over 1,900 square feet. For this purchase, a stamp duty of Rs 28.50 lakh and registration fees of Rs 30,000 were paid.Celebrity neighborsMishra is not the only celebrity living in the same building.
