Actress Sushmita Sen’s mother, Subhra Sen, has made a major move in Mumbai’s real estate market. The jewellery designer has purchased two luxurious apartments in Goregaon East.She paid around Rs 16.89 crore for them, according to property registration documents reviewed by real estate marketplace Square Yards on the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) website.

The flats are part of Oberoi Realty’s Elysian project, known for its luxury offerings. The registrations for both apartments were completed in November 2025.The first apartment cost Rs 8.40 crore and has a RERA carpet area of 163.59 sq. m. (1,760 sq. ft.). It also comes with one car parking space. Stamp duty for the transaction was Rs 42.02 lakh, along with registration charges of Rs 30,000.The second apartment was purchased for Rs 8.49 crore, with the same carpet area and also includes one parking spot. The stamp duty for this flat was Rs 42.49 lakh, with registration fees of Rs 30,000, according to the documents.
