On December 17, the actress took to her social media handle to share her thoughts on Rob Reiner and pay her respects. “Oh, how we will miss this man,” she started, further thanking the couple for their belief in “true love, in fairy tales, and in laughter.”
She added, “I have to believe that their story will not end with this impossible tragedy, that some good may come, some awareness raised. I don’t know, but my guess is that they would want that to be hopeful and humane, to be something that brings us all to a greater understanding of one another and to some peace.”She posted the caption along with a black and white photo of her dancing with Rob Reiner on the film sets.

What happened
On December 14, the couple was found dead in their Brentwood home. They were found with ‘lacerations consistent with a knife’, as per TMZ. Their son, Nick Reiner, has been charged with murder and is currently behind bars awaiting trial.
