Ramandeep Singh has been selected for the Indian T20 cricket team. He will join the team for the third and final match against South Africa. All-rounder Hardik Pandya presented Singh with his first Indian cap.
Singh’s recent performance in the ACC Men’s T20 Asia Cup for India A earned him recognition. He impressed with a score of 64 runs off 34 balls in the semi-final against Afghanistan.
The 27-year-old Punjab native has represented both Mumbai Indians and Kolkata Knight Riders in the Indian Premier League (IPL). Kolkata Knight Riders has retained him for IPL 2025.
Singh also showcased his skills in the recent Emerging Teams Asia Cup for India A, scoring 94 runs and taking three wickets in four matches.
