‘Andhra King Taluka’ is set to release digitally on Netflix. The OTT giant took to its social media handle, sharing a poster of the film and wrote, “Ippati dhaaka star biopics ey chusam, ippudu its time for a fan biopic.”It will be available to stream from November 25, 2025 and will include the original Telugu alongside dubbed versions of Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi.
Plot of ‘Andhra King Taluka’
Directed by Mahesh Babu P, the movie stars Ram Pothineni as Sagar, who is a die-hard fan of a cinema star named Surya, played by Kannada actor Upendra. The movie also includes Bhagyashri Borse as the female lead playing Sagar’s love interest as Mahalaxmi.In the film, superstar Surya is seen to be facing trouble arranging Rs 3 crore to complete his 100th film. Here, his die-hard fan, Sagar, helps him with the money and deposits it into Surya’s bank account without his knowledge. Curious to meet the fan, Surya decides to meet Sagar in person, making it a delightful fan boipic. The movie also starred Rao Ramesh, Murali Sharma, Rahul Ramakrishna, Sindhu Tolani, and others in key roles.

Speaking of the film’s box office run, according to trade analyst Sacnilk, the movie minted over Rs 23.49 crore in India and later went on to collect Rs 32.43 crore worldwide.The music of the film is composed by Vivek-Mervin.
