Veteran actor Satish Shah’s passing has left the film fraternity deeply saddened. Among those who fondly remembered him was filmmaker Anees Bazmee, who shared both a professional and personal bond with the late actor.

He was very good, very nice.”

On the work front, Anees Bazmee’s last directorial venture, ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’, turned out to be a massive blockbuster. The filmmaker is reportedly now working on ‘No Entry Mein Entry’, the much-anticipated sequel to his 2005 cult comedy ‘No Entry’.

However, according to a recent Hindustan Times report, Bazmee might take on another exciting project before that. The director is said to be developing a film tentatively titled ‘Ram Aur Shyam’, with Ranbir Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, and Kartik Aaryan in talks to headline the project.The report further states that ‘Ram Aur Shyam’ is in advanced stages of development and is expected to go on floors early next year. The film’s concept reportedly revolves around a double role. A trade insider told Mid-Day, “The idea is not to remake the classic, but to reinterpret the twin theme for a new generation.”
