Jan 11, 2011On October 19, 2010, www.timesofindia.com published a report issued by the Press Trust of India, stating that the Income Tax Department conducted a raid on the residence of Mr. Sudhanshu Mittal. However, while the news copy clearly mentioned that the raid was conducted by the IT Department, the headline on the website inadvertently and erroneously termed it CBI raid. We regret the error and apologise for any embarrassment caused to Mr. Mittal.
