Madhusree Sharma, known for her roles in Yeh Un Dinon Ki Baat Hai and Barrister Babu, is overjoyed to have bagged a significant role in the popular show Mann Sundar. Reflecting on her journey, Madhusree feels extremely blessed to be part of such a positive show. Her character, Soni, has already garnered immense love and attention, particularly from audiences in Bihar and Uttar Pradesh.
“I initially rejected the role when it was first offered to me,” she explained. “At that point, I wasn’t ready to take on the role of a mother. The sets were very far, and I was looking for something different.” However, when the original actress playing Soni had to leave the show for personal reasons, Madhusree was approached again. “The casting director Taran called me up and asked if I would like to do the show now. After I got the offer the second time, I didn’t reject it, and I feel it’s a blessing to have taken it up,” she said.
Madhusree shared that her decision proved to be the right one as the show has gained immense popularity, especially in the northern regions. “I get calls from my family and known people in UP, and they appreciate my work. It feels amazing because I am from UP, and the connection with my roots makes this experience even more special,” she added.
The bond Madhusree shares with her co-stars has also made her experience memorable. “This show gives me vibes like Yeh Un Dinon Ki Baat Hai because of the incredible bonding between the cast. Everyone eats together, works together, and we’ve formed a great connection on set,” she remarked. The sense of unity on the set has enhanced the overall experience of working on Mann Sundar.
Reflecting on the love she has received from the show, Madhusree added, “Taking up Mann Sundar was one of the best decisions of my career. It has not only given me immense happiness but also allowed me to reconnect with my audience in ways I never imagined. I am grateful to my fans for their constant love and support.”
As Mannsundar celebrates 1000 episodes last month, Madhusree is filled with pride. “The TRP is really high on the channel, and I feel proud to be part of such a successful show. After receiving so much love from the audience, I realized there was no harm in playing a mother character again,” she shared. She concluded with a heartfelt message to her fans: “Please keep pouring love like always. I will keep working hard and give my best to you all.”
