Gautam Singhania: Shareholder nod for Singhania to remain Raymond chairman

NEW DELHI: Raymond on Thursday said its shareholders have approved the reappointment of Gautam Singhania as chairman & MD for a term of five years effective from July 1, 2024, along with his proposed remuneration.
Earlier, proxy advisory firm IIAS had asked shareholders to vote against the reappointment of Singhania on the company’s board.
