MUMBAI: Bombay high court on Monday extended by two weeks the stay on Central Bureau of Investigation court’s order that allowed Indrani Mukerjea, accused of killing her daughter Sheena Bora, to travel abroad.
Justice Shyam Chandak, before whom CBI advocate Shriram Shirsat mentioned the matter, posted the hearing after two weeks. In May 2022, Supreme Court released her on bail and told her not to leave the country without CBI court’s permission.
