Jared Leto, the ‘Panic Room’ star, has been accused of inappropriate behaviour of sexual misconduct by nine women, including some who were underage. The women claim that the 53-year-old has had a longstanding pattern of such demeanour.

On June 6, 2025, Air Mail published a story about the nine women, along with the interviews, in which they claimed that Leto behaved inappropriately with them. The conversation started when a Los Angeles-based DJ, Allie Teilz, shared a 2012 Facebook post on her Instagram story. “You’re not really in L.A. until Jared Leto tries to force himself on you backstage… In a kilt.. And a snow hat. I was assaulted and traumatized by this creep when I was 17,” she wrote on her story, according to The Independent. “He knew my age and didn’t care. What he did was predatory, terrifying and unacceptable,” she wrote in another Instagram story. One of the women in the Air Mail interview claimed that Jared Leto’s behaviour of texting teenage models has been ‘an open secret for a long time.’ Another woman in the interview stated that when she was 16, Leto asked for her number in 2006, and called her in the middle of the night, making sexual remarks.
The model, Laura La Rue, claimed…
Laura La Rue, a model, made similar claims that she was 16 and Leto was 36 when she met the singer in 2008. “He asked how old I was. I said, ‘I’m 16. How old are you?’” she expressed with Air Mail. Furthermore, Laura said that despite knowing her age, Jared asked for her number. Recalling the meeting in 2009, the model said she visited his house in Los Angeles, and he behaved inappropriately, which made her uncomfortable.

The representatives of Jared Leto have denied all the allegations, and further answered to Laura La Rue’s accusations. “Their communications contain nothing sexual or inappropriate, and Ms. La Rue later applied to work as Mr. Leto’s personal assistant, further underscoring the absence of anything inappropriate in any of their interactions,” the representatives claimed. However, the model denied the claims of applying to be Leto’s personal assistant.
Another confession against Jared Leto…
Another anonymous woman made similar allegations of Leto texting her when she was underage. However, she stated that the interactions became intensely personal when she became 18. When she visited the 53-year-old’s house, the actor started misbehaving, which certainly made her uncomfortable. According to her interview, Leto engaged in a self-sexual activity in front of her, and asked her to salivate his body part.
