Kapil Sharma returns with The Great Indian Kapil Show Season 3. The teaser was revealed on February 3 at Netflix’s Mumbai event. While posing with the cast on the red carpet, Kapil playfully referenced his past feud with Sunil Grover.
While posing with Archana Puran Singh, Kiku Sharda, Rajiv Thakur, and Krushna Abhishek, Kapil Sharma noticed Sunil Grover was missing. He joked, “Let Sunil paaji come, or you’ll write that he ran away again.” Everyone laughed, and soon, Sunil joined the group.
Grover became famous for his roles as Gutthi and Dr. Mashoor Gulati on The Kapil Sharma Show. However, he shocked fans by leaving after a fallout with Kapil Sharma. In October 2017, reports claimed Kapil, allegedly under the influence, hit Sunil during a flight from Australia, leading to Sunil’s exit.
Kapil Sharma and Sunil Grover reunited in 2024 for The Great Indian Kapil Show after seven years. At a press conference, Sunil joked that their fight was a planned publicity stunt, referring to Netflix’s arrival in India. He also called his return a homecoming, expressing joy in working with Kapil again.
