Filmmaker-producer Karan Johar has bought a premium residential apartment in Mumbai’s Khar West for Rs 8.05 crore, signalling continued confidence in the city’s high-end real estate market.According to property registration documents accessed by Square Yards from the Maharashtra Inspector General of Registration (IGR) website, the transaction was officially registered in November 2025. The apartment is located in Pali Vintage, a residential development in Khar West, and has a carpet area of 1,060.13 sq ft (98.49 sq metres). The purchase also includes two exclusive car parking spaces. Johar paid stamp duty of Rs 48 lakh along with registration charges of Rs 30,000.
