Kavya Madhavan has jetted off to Australia for a mini vacation with her family. The ‘Meesha Madhavan’ actress, who often shares glimpses of her family, treated her fans with some pictures of her getaway.
All the way to Australia
On Friday, January 9, Kavya Madhavan dropped a series of photographs of her vacation, which caught the attention of her fans. In the first photograph, the actress is seen dressed in a denim-on-denim look, a staple for fashion-forward travellers. She wore matching denim pants, a shirt, and a denim hat, and accessorised with sunglasses. Kavya Madhavan can be seen enjoying the cityscape.Madhavan’s vacation look was quite a departure from her usual traditional look. Another photograph shows the actress posing for the picture with her daughter Mahalakshmi, and her nieces. How is travel complete without exploring food? In one of the photographs, Kavya Madhavan is seen eagerly looking at a Seafood Boil, an Australian delicacy. The kids are also seen equally excited to try the delicacy. Kavya Madhavan’s career
Kavya Madhavan is one of the most talented actors in Malayalam cinema. She started her career as a child actor with ‘Pookkalam Varavayi’. After appearing in a couple of other films, she turned heads with the 1996 film ‘Azhakiya Ravanan’, in which she essayed the role of the heroine’s childhood. Three years later, in 1999, she signed Lal Jose’s ‘Chandranudikkunna Dikhil’, which marked her first film as a lead actor. Films like ‘Darling Darling’, ‘Kochu Kochu Santhoshangal’, and ‘Dosth’ further cemented her place in the industry. In 2002, she starred opposite Dileep, her now husband, in ‘Meesa Madhavan’, which emerged as the biggest blockbuster in her career, positioning her amongst one of the top five actresses in the industry. Kavya Madhavan’s last outing was in 2016 ‘Pinneyum’ helmed by legendary filmmaker Adoor Gopalakrishnan.On the personal front, Kavya Madhavan married her long-time collaborator, actor Dileep, following her divorce from her first marriage. The couple has a daughter, Mahalakshmi.
