She also shared her experience working with South Indian music directors like Yuvan Shankar Raja and Harris Jayaraj. “One thing about South Indian music composers is that they’re so good, you never feel lost. They’ll guide you with exact notations—where to pause, what expressions to use—they spell everything out, so you don’t have to figure it out on your own. They are that good,” she explained.Working with MM KeeravaniMadhushree also showered praise on M.M. Keeravani for offering clarity and guidance to singers during recording. “When you go to sing for M.M. Keeravani, you don’t have to do anything—just follow whatever he says. All of them understand singers really well,” she said.Madhushree highlighted a significant distinction between the Bollywood and South Indian music industries by emphasising the level of professional discipline she has observed in the South. She noted that in South India, time commitments are taken very seriously, with recording sessions beginning exactly when scheduled.
