Taking a long walk in the romantic-comedy world, ‘Genie, Make a Wish’ is an opposite-attracts trope on a platter with garnishes that include conversations about brutal reality. Ka-young is an emotionally distant person and awakens Genie, who has been asleep for 1000 years.
