Rain likely across Telangana for next 3 days, IMD issues yellow alert in state | Hyderabad News

HYDERABAD: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Friday issued a yellow alert for rainfall across Telangana over the next three days, with a further dip in temperatures expected during this period.
“Temperatures are expected to drop by 2° to 3° Celsius,” an IMD official said.
On Friday, the coldest place in the state was Asifabad district, which recorded a minimum temperature of 8.1° Celsius. Sangareddy and Adilabad followed closely, both recording minimum temperatures of 8.2°Celsius.
Hyderabad recorded a minimum temperature of 15.5° Celsius, while its neighbouring districts were comparatively cooler. Rangareddy recorded a minimum of 11.1° Celsius and Malkajgiri saw temperatures drop to 13.3° Celsius.
