The singer, a mother of three, also crossed paths with fellow performer and cancer survivor Jessie J during the celebrations inside Royal Albert Hall.Over the past year, Kate kept a notably low profile after sharing that she was undergoing cancer treatment. She completed chemotherapy in September 2024.
