She shared a video giving all the details and revealed that it’s not shutting down due to financial problems. Infact, she’s set to open a new south Indian restaurant at the same place while Bastian will be launched in Juhu. The official page of the restaurant also issued a statement, giving out all the details. It read, “While you’re working hard at the ‘rumor mill’, today at Bastian, we’re serving ‘The Real Tea.’ Bandra was our beginning, and while that chapter closes, two new stories are waiting to be written. The Brand Steps Into a Next Era. Bastian Bandra, the flagship that started it, all bids adieu, the brand looks forward to opening new exciting new chapters in its culinary journey. From mid-October, the Bandra space will reopen as a new restaurant dedicated to celebrating the richness of South Indian cuisine. Simultaneously, Juhu will soon welcome a new branch. On Thursday, the Bandra restaurant will be serving its final meal. The earlier statement read, “This Thursday marks the end of an era as we bid farewell to one of Mumbai’s most iconic destinations, BASTIAN BANDRA. A venue that gave us countless memories, unforgettable nights, and moments that shaped the city’s nightlife now takes its final bow.”
