Sonakshi Sinha made a striking appearance in a red brocade silk saree at her wedding, and later changed to an anarkali suit for the reception. This Anita Dongre-designed suit, adorned with heavy embroidery, was priced at Rs 2.55 lakh.
Pictures of Sonakshi Sinha’s third appearance from her wedding day have been released. The outfit includes a middle-parted kurta paired with wide palazzo pants and billowy sleeves.It features intricate Mughal flower motifs and detailed border work on the lower half.
Sonakshi accessorized with emerald and kundan jewelry, which she also wore with her silk Raw Mango saree earlier. Her hair was styled in a sleek bun as she and her husband, Zaheer Iqbal, cut a large white cake together.
The outfit is named ‘Into the Wilderness Zardozi & Cord Silk Kurta Set’.
Sonakshi’s bridal looks were all about simplicity and tradition. She wore ivory chikankari saree from her mother’s wardrobe for the civil marriage.
Several celebrities including Salman Khan, Rekha, Aditi Rao Hydari, Anil Kapoor, Raveena Tandon, Kajol, Aditya Roy Kapur, Tabu, and many others attended Sonakshi and Zaheer Iqbal’s wedding reception on Sunday evening.
Videos from the party showed a night filled with love, fun, and family bonding. The bride and groom looked joyous as they celebrated their union.
