Taylor Swift reveals her favorite songs
In a conversation with Stephen Colbert for ‘The Late Show,’ Swift was asked to choose her favorites. As the host mentioned that he had previously asked Dolly Parton, Elton John, Paul Simon, Bruce Springsteen, and more artists about their Top 5 from their discography, Colbert asked the same question to the guest. While the pressure prevailed, Swift had difficulty cutting down her 150+ song list into 5 best ones. She said, “I’m gonna say that I’m gonna need a little time to get back to you on all the five, right?” As the host pulled out her latest album, ‘The Life of the Showgirl,’ the singer claimed those were the songs. Stating that it’s too soon, Taylor said that she needed time to appreciate her work in a thoughtful way. Revealing the number 1 song on her list, Swift said ‘All Too Well (10 minute Version)’ from her album ‘Red (Taylor’s Version).’ Without flinching, the audience deservingly squealed as the song continued to hold a top spot in many of her fans’ lists. Moreover, she also mentioned that somewhere in the list, ‘Mirrorball’ from ‘Folklore’ is appreciated. “You know, it came on the other day. A friend sent it to me, and she was talking about it, and I put it on, and then you asked me this question, so I said it,” she added.

When Swift said she would share the updated list soon, Colbert claimed that she had all the time between now and May, jesting about how his show will be ending.
