While they enjoy traditional Thanksgiving staples, they gravitate towards dishes that have warmth, spice, and depth of flavour,” says Chef Gagandeep Bedi, Director of Culinary, Roseate Hotels & Resorts. While Thanksgiving may not rival Diwali or Christmas in scale, its presence is steadily growing. “Metros like Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru have embraced Thanksgiving as a reason to gather, host dinners, and indulge in festive food. Hotels and restaurants see strong demand for themed menus, takeaways, and chef-curated celebrations,” the chef adds.
