Twinkle Khanna recently joked about Salman Khan calling himself the ‘eternal virgin,’ leaving her co-host Kajol and guest Aamir Khan in splits on her talk-show Two Much.
Salman and Aamir only share a last name
The chat got funny when Twinkle joked that Salman and Aamir only share a last name. She said, “Salman calls himself the ‘eternal virgin,'” with Salman agreeing, and then added how Aamir has been married a couple of times.
This isn’t the first time Salman has talked about his personal life this way. In 2013, at 47, he surprised everyone on the first episode of Koffee With Karan by calling himself a ‘virgin.’ He told the filmmaker-turned-TV host that he had never had a girlfriend and added, “I’m going to save myself for the one I get married to.”
On the topic of boys and crying
Meanwhile, one particular moment from Twinkle and Kajol’s show that has gone viral, sees the superstar guests and the hosts discussing the age-old notion that “boys shouldn’t cry.” Salman weighed in by saying, “Crying for your brother, sister, mother, father, family… that’s fine. But going crying because a girlfriend has left you, then thoda zyada hai woh.”Twinkle stepped in to ask, “But now, at this age, who is crying for a girlfriend who has left?” To which Salman responded, “The younger generation is like — move on, next.” The actor then dropped the punchline, saying, “Follow Aamir.”

The remark left everyone in splits, as Salman took a playful dig at Aamir’s much-talked-about romantic life. A visibly amused Aamir protested, “You people have found a punching bag today,” prompting Twinkle and Kajol to quickly point fingers at Salman as the one taking the swings.
