Urmila Matondkar was quite an attraction when she made a dashing solo appearance at a recent Diwali party sporting an elegant blue outfit.
The actress who has been making headlines after announcing her eight-year-old marriage through divorce to husband Mohsin Akhtar Mir was seen without sindoor and mangalsutra, marking a new chapter of life for the actress.
Weeks after the news of her divorce hit the headlines, she was spotted looking stunning at a show in Mumbai.She wore a printed jacket and blouse with a sparkly purplish skirt. Her hair had been styled in a neat bun as she clicked photos with event-goers
The ‘Satya’ film actress had filed for separation about five months back, it is reported. Confirming the filing in September, an insider from the Mumbai court revealed to ETimes that, “Urmila has filed for divorce about four months back.” However, the separation is reportedly not happening on mutual terms.
According to an anonymous source, revealed by Hindustan Times, “After careful consideration, Urmila has decided to call it quits on her marriage with Mohsin. Though the reason behind the separation is yet unknown, the divorce isn’t happening on mutual terms.”
