Kollywood actor Vishal is set to celebrate his 47th birthday in a truly special way on this day (August 29), as he reportedly gets engaged to actress Sai Dhanshika. The couple, who publicly announced their relationship in May this year, had originally planned to marry on August 29 but postponed the wedding due to Vishal’s ongoing commitment to the Nadigar Sangam building project.While their big wedding day is yet to arrive, as reported by Cinema Express, Vishal and Sai Dhanshika are all set to get engaged on the former’s 47th birthday on this day.
A birthday to remember
According to reports, the engagement will be a close-knit affair at Vishal’s Anna Nagar residence. Before the ceremony, the actor is expected to visit the still-under-construction Nadigar Sangam building this morning. Family members and a handful of close friends are expected to be present for the occasion. An official announcement on the same is yet to happen.
Vishal – Sai Dhanshika – friendship to love
Vishal and Sai Dhanshika’s relationship goes back many years, with the actress revealing how deeply she values the bond they share. Speaking at the Yogi Da press meet earlier this year, Dhanshika said, “I’ve known Vishal for about 15 years, and he has always shown me respect whenever we met. During a difficult time in my life, he personally came to my home and spoke up for me. No other hero has ever done that. His gesture was truly kind and heartwarming.”

Vishal, too, has been vocal about how fortunate he feels to have Dhanshika as his partner. At the same event, he said, “She is a wonderful person. They say God saves the best for the last, and I believe he saved Dhanshika for me. We are going to lead a positive and lovely life.”
