Stephanie McMahon was briefly named the CEO, and the chairwoman of WWE after Vince McMahon stepped down from his position as the chairman. Later on, Stephanie was named as the co-CEO alongside Nick Khan. After Vince McMahon returned to his position as the chairman, Stephanie resigned from her position in 2023.
Since 2023, Stephanie has continued to remain a part of the company behind the scenes. Her husband, Triple H, who is the current Chief Content Officer of the company, spoke about the involvement of Stephanie in WWE ventures in a press conference. We might not see Stephanie in an official position inside the company but her role in the decision making still exists. As being a part of the legacy her family has left behind, her passion is obvious.
Triple H has always spoken about how he would love to have Stephanie back in WWE, but there have been no official statements made. Recently, Stephanie made a stunning appearance in the WWE Raw Netflix premiere and applauded the grand success of the event by taking it to her social media accounts. She has also made a post about WrestleMania 41 and speculations have sparked that the former CEO might be onto something to make her return.
