JAMMU: Jammu & Kashmir Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has filed a chargesheet against two erstwhile officials and a contractor for misappropriation of drainage funds.In a statement late Saturday, ACB said a chargesheet was produced before the Court of Special Judge, Anti-Corruption, Doda, against the accused for causing a loss to the tune of Rs 9.95 lakh to the government exchequer.Subash Chander, then assistant executive engineer in Town Drainage Division, Jammu; Kuldeep Kumar Koul, then junior engineer; and contractor Mansoor Ahmed of Doda district are accused of allowing execution of poor quality, substandard and under specification work at Kutan Nallah Thathri, Doda, through “abuse and misuse of their official position and in league with contractor”.
