Swollen painless lumps which appear in your neck, armpit or groin regions, result from enlarged lymph nodes. Your abdomen might experience pain or a sensation of being full, because your liver or spleen has become enlarged. The growth of abnormal cells within these organs causes their size to increase. The swelling can occasionally produce uncomfortable pressure sensations throughout the body.
