Pan-India giant Prabhas has multiple big projects in his pipeline including his upcoming war action drama flick, ‘Fauzi’ with ‘Sita Ramam’ fame Hanu Raghavapudi. As per the latest buzz the actor is currently on a short vacation in Italy and is expected to return to Hyderabad before the end of next week.
‘Fauzi’ shoot enters final phase
A report by Moneycontrol suggests that Prabhas completed a short shooting schedule of Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s ‘Spirit’. Now he has taken some time off and is expected to return soon. It is said that after the ‘Baahubali’ director returns, he will dedicate his dates only to ‘Fauzi’. The film is now entering its important final stage of production and the makers are planning to wrap up the remaining shoot as quickly as possible.It also reported that ‘Fauzi’ has around 90 days of shooting left and out of that Prabhas is expected to shoot for more than 60 days to complete his part.
Prabhas as soldier in ‘Fauzi’
Earlier, the makers released a poster of the film, where Prabhas is seen soaked in blood and is sitting on top of a stone. He handles a gun while looking down. He will portray a soldier who is like a “battalion who fights alone.”Interestingly, the makers are reportedly looking at December 3 as the film’s release date. However, they have not made an official announcement yet.
About ‘Fauzi’
Speaking of ‘Fauzi’ cast, the film features debutant Imanvi Esmail, also known as Imanvi, who plays the female lead. It also features Bollywood legends Mithun Chakraborty, Anupam Kher, and Jaya Prada in key roles.A report by Deccan Chronicle suggested that Prabhas will play a British Indian Army soldier who leaves the British forces and joins the Indian National Army led by Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose.

Meanwhile, after completing ‘Fauzi’, Prabhas is expected to return to the sets of Spirit, directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga. The film is set to be a cop action drama which features Bollywood actress Tripti Dimri as the female lead.Prabhas will also be part of much awaited sequels including ‘Kalki 2898 AD: Part 2’ and ‘Salaar: Part 2’.
